Founded in 2018, Ultra-Low Loss Technologies is a leader of ultra-low loss photonic integrated circuits, providing our customers with a complete photonics solution with short design and manufacturing cycle times to minimize development costs and time-to-market. Ultra-Low Loss Technologies specializes in both photonic component and system designs as well as prototype-to-volume manufacturing of silicon nitride-based photonic integrated circuits on our proprietary Ultra-Low Loss Platform. By leveraging our years of experience in the photonics industry, Ultra-Low Loss Technologies can assist with system simulation, layout and development, chip manufacturing, and qualification of your photonic integrated circuits. Our Ultra-Low Loss Platform is built upon years of research and development of silicon nitride waveguide materials, designs and manufacturing in CMOS-compatible foundries. Our Ultra-Low Loss Platform components are compatible material with a large transparency window raging from visible to near IR wavelengths and can achieve low propagation losses while maintaining single-mode condition and polarization.
